"Last year we switched to Gary Jackson-State Farm and I am so glad we did! This summer a tree fell on my swimming pool and then three days later my hot water tank went. I called Gary to discuss the pool and he suggested getting a damage estimate. When I called him back with the estimate, I had mentioned the hot water tank as well. I did not want to have two claims against me so I only filed a pool claim. Gary called me back the next morning and asked if I wanted to file a hot water tank claim. He explained I had coverage for it that would not penalize me or go against my homeowners. I was so thankful that Gary took the time to look into my policy for me. I had the money from both claims within one day. This is absolutely top notch customer service and I highly recommend Gary Jackson-State Farm.
